Labor Coaching begins with Education

I enjoy teaching various birthing classes, but my favorite birthing class is the Bradley Method® of natural child birth, which was developed by an incredible organization of people who are every bit as passionate about helping families as I am.

The Bradley Method® is the most comprehensive and successful natural birth method in the world. Teaching the importance of a Healthy Mother, Healthy Baby, Healthy Family, The Bradley Method® trains students in how the body works in labor and how to achieve a successful, positive birth.

The classes are taught in smaller settings to allow for more hands-on training and last for a total of 12 weeks. Each couple will receive a student workbook containing information on staying healthy and low risk, about pregnancy, labor and postpartum, the coaches role, choosing and communicating with your provider, study guides, assignments, rehearsals, birth plans, ways of handling pain, and more.

Due to the importance of your partner’s role, they are required to attend these classes with you. They are vital to your success and I want to make every effort to motivate and encourage them in supporting you.

How Much Do Bradley Birthing Classes Cost?

A $35 non-refundable registration fee holds your place and $315 is due at the first class.

What Do I Need to Bring?
